7.3 POWERSTROKE PERFORMANCE FUEL INJECTOR SET STAGE 2 160/80
STAGE 2 Performance injectors. Your choice of 160cc or 180cc with 30% or 80% nozzles. Our Stage 2 injectors will offer a moderate power increase over stock. These injectors will flow either 160cc or 180cc of fuel and feature NEW 30 or 80% nozzles depending on customer's choice. Please note that these injectors feature Single Shot Injection. For truck years 94-97, no custom tuning is required, however it is recommended. For truck years 99-03, custom tuning will be required to make the transition from Split-Shot Injection to Single Shot. The increased nozzle size on our Stage 2 injectors allow fuel to empty into the cylinder faster, increasing the power gains over our Stage 1 injectors. Horsepower increases will range from 150-270hp depending on the year, tuning, and supporting modifications.

Turbo upgrades are recommended (not required, however this is the largest injector recommended for use with a stock turbo)

Our Remanufacturing Process:
-fully disassembled
-ultrasonically cleaned
-each component is inspected for wear and proper specifications
-internal and external O-rings and copper washer replaced
-check balls, intensifier springs, and nozzle springs replaced
-spool valves tested and reseated
-new 30/80/100% nozzles installed (depending on customer preference)
-Solenoids tested for proper functionality and replaced if needed
-armature plate measured and shimmed to OEM clearances
-flow tested for the following: system leak, purge, idle speed, mid load, and full load test.
CORE POLICY
Core amount for each injector is $50 / $400 core charge for the full set.
Cores must be received in good condition to receive full core credit. This means the injectors must be in rebuildable condition, without any signs of disassembly/tampering, damaged or broken solenoids or connectors, or missing parts. If there is damage present, partial credit will be received determined by the extent of the damage.
The core is the unit that is being replaced with our remanufactured item.
Please return injectors in protective packaging along with any plastic caps that were on the remanufactured injectors to avoid unnecessary damage upon return.
Cores can be returned prior to purchase to avoid paying a core charge.
Cores need to be returned within 30 days of receiving ours to receive full credit. Any cores received within 90 days will receive 75% of the total core charge.
Customer is responsible for core return shipping costs. We are not responsible for any missing/damaged packages.
Core refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving and inspecting cores.
